Heaven’s Best is operated in Lancaster County area by owner, JoAnn Dilts with Dave and Dan Dilts as General Manager/operator and operator respectively. All cleaning work is performed by Dave, Dan, JoAnn and their employees – we don’t hire subcontractors. We arrive at your location in uniform, ready to work. We are courteous professionals whom you will feel comfortable to have in your home or business. Everyone at Heaven’s Best is highly trained and committed to delivering 100% customer satisfaction.

When you book an appointment with Heaven’s Best you’ll know everything up front. We tell you the price, the time we expect to arrive, and the approximate mount of time we expect the job to take. Our pricing is all inclusive, so there is no extra charge for minor furniture moving, stain removal, or “deep cleaning”. We have no hidden charges, and we don’t play any silly sales games. We’ll give you our honest opinions about the results you can expect regarding soil, stain, and odor removal. We make promises we can keep, and then live up to them.
We Don’t Make You Wait – Firm Appointment Times, Considerate Behavior
Who says you should wait around for service personnel to arrive? We think that’s ridiculous. When we set an appointment with you, we set it for a specific time. Not a 2-4 hour window. Your time is money and you shouldn’t have to waste it waiting around for service companies to show up. We promise to do our best to arrive on time and we usually do. If we are going to be late for any reason, will give you a call to let you know, as soon as we know. Sometimes,

In the unlikely event that we have a miscommunication or fail to arrive at the appointed time, please call immediately. Unlike many in business, we do answer our phone. In fact, our business phone is forwarded directly to Dave’s cell. If he is on the phone with another customer, please leave a message and he will return it as soon as possible.

When we arrive at your home or business, we start by taking the time to listen to you. We walk with you through your location and review all spots, stains, and areas that require extra attention. We’ll talk with you about the work we will be performing and the results you can expect.
