Fine Rug Cleaning

Fine quality area rugs require in-plant rug washing.  Heaven’s Best Corporate does not include the cleaning of Persian, Oriental, Chinese and other fine rugs
in the franchisee operating package. However, many of our customers have these types of rugs in their homes and from time to time require them to be
cleaned. Frankly and honestly, this cleaning process is highly specialized….if done properly.

Having lived in the Orient and Far East for 2 ½ years and additionally traveled extensively across Northern India and throughout Pakistan, several things have been learned about Oriental and Persian rugs, namely: 1) whoever handles the fine rug must respect the rug as a fine work of art, 2) should have intimate
knowledge of the types and nuances of each rug 3) note damage and offer specific repairs and 4) clean and re-clean as necessary, until satisfied that the
rug is thoroughly cleaned and/or treated per instructions.

Few companies exist in the Mid Atlantic states fulfill all of these requirements.

Having toured the facility, meeting all involved in the process from checking in, inspection, repair & cleaning areas as well as the drying area, it was clear…they knew what they were doing. It was especially interesting to meet a gifted repair technician from India. His work is awesome.

All facets of cleaning carpets are provided: stain treatment, repair (minor to extensive), sanitizing and ScotchGard ™ application.

Typically rugs can be picked up and returned in approximately 14 days.
